Do you provide gluten free options?

All of our cookies are made in our kitchen which processes wheat flour. Therefore, they are not suitable for individuals with celiac disease.

Our Pepparkakor flavor provides a gluten "friendly" alternative for those with more moderate gluten intolerance. These cookies are made with gluten free ingredients (brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, white rice flour). Pepparkakor is a Swedish cousin to the gingerbread, and our recipe is based off of a family recipe passed down through the generations.

 

How long will shipping take?

Transit times are typically 3-5 business days via USPS. 

*Due to challenges related to CoVid-19, we cannot guarantee transit times or ship dates. We will do our best to honor those requests as they come in. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

 

What is the shelf life?

Mug Buddies have a six month shelf life. We had real time shelf life testing by a laboratory showed no change in quality as long as the cookies were kept in a dry environment.

What allergens are present in the cookies?

All of our Mug Buddies contain the ingredients of wheat*, egg, and butter, (*we do offer a gluten friendly version of the recipe which does not use wheat as an ingredient, but cookies are still prepared in the same kitchen - please see the FAQ regarding gluten free cookies). Candy toppings used (peppermints, sugars, nonpareils, etc.) are prepared at third party facilities, some of which use machines that may come in contact with nuts or soy.
